My crazy girl...

This is Savannah's new favorite thing to do. She walks around with a little people in her mouth almost all day long. It's really weird. She seems to use it like a paci. Pat told me that I need to stop her from doing it. Does this mean take all her little people away? They are her favorite. I'm sure she will stop doing it soon. She tends to change habits every few weeks do we'll see. You see the ball pit in the background? That's her favorite place to go. She will take a book or toy in there and just sit. Today she stood up and realized there was a hole on the top so she had to look out from it. She's starting to climb. It makes me very nervous!

Busy, Busy, Busy...

I am not very good at keeping this blog up to date anymore. It's been two months since I last posted! Ooops! Savannah keeps me so busy these days. I am also taking a class to better myself in the Tupperware business so that means I go to two meetings a week right now.

Of course Savannah does some new things. She takes steps here and there, she dances to everything that sounds like music, she eats whatever she can find (food or not), and she can say some words. She says mom, dad, yes, no, hi, bye, dog, and bad dog. lol. She just learned that one when we were in NY. It was only said a few times and she picked it right up...I sure am in trouble with my potty mouth. She has 6 teeth too!

I am in full planning mode right now getting ready for her birthday party. We go on a cruise right before Savannah's birthday and I'll only have a few days when we return to get everything finished. So I need to get as much done as possible by the 8th of February. I started making the stuffed owls for the party favors this weekend. My grandma came over and helped cut everything out. I could have gotten a few done but my sewing machine was not being my friend and I spent a couple hours getting the bobbin from bunching up. Grrr!!! I so need a new machine. I love to sew but with having a bottom of the line Singer, it makes things hard. I found the perfect one and am hoping for Valentine's Day and my birthday I could get it! Just a little early, like this weekend so I can get my sew on. hehe. They are on hold and now I need to get the invites done so I can get them ready to go in the mail. Hopefully everything will come together in the end.

We went to NY for a week and got back last Tuesday. It was a lot of fun. Savannah saw snow but I didn't get any pictures. I wanted to but it was just sooooo cold I didn't want to be out in it any longer than I needed to be. She hated getting her hat and winter coat on every time we went outside. She had so much fun with her Grand daddy Milo, Grandma Laura, Uncle Buddy and Aunt Maddy though. She got to see some Aunts, Uncles and cousins too! And we can't forget about her bestie, Gracie!!!

Here are a few pictures of Savannah from the last few weeks. Let's see if I can actually post again before her first birthday.

I hope everyone has a great week and maybe I wont be such a stranger!

9 months already...

Miss Savannah is already 9 months old!!! People always say they grow to fast and they are right. I love the little person she is becoming. We have a schedule and when we break it Savannah is not too happy. She likes eating, playing, sleeping and her bath time all round the same time every day. She has quite the personality these days and you do not want to cross her or ignore her because she will let it be known to the world. She loves screaming at the top of her lungs. For no reason, that I can figure out anyways. Especially when we are at the store. She just loves it. I think it's hearing her voice different ways. I try to tell her to shhh but she doesn't really listen. She thinks it's funny and I think it's embarrassing. She likes to "talk" to people when we go out to eat. She looks at the table next to her and gets their attention. That is all she needs. She just does her smiling and little chatting. It keeps her entertained at least!

Sunday, Savannah and I took my Grandma up to Austin. We had a good time. The ride up there wasn't that great though. I totally forgot Savannah's bottles and sippy cup on the counter at home and didn't realize it until we were over half way there. There is a Walmart on the way so we stopped there and got what we needed. As we were leaving Walmart I heard a little noise that was annoying me. I pulled over and it was a screw with a washer in my tire. Luckily we made it and I got it fixed the next morning. It was so not my morning! lol. Other than that it was so nice up there. We did a little shopping but other than that we just hung out outside. Plus we ate my Aunt Sheila's yummy food! She makes some amazing black bean soup.

Here are a few pictures of Savannah today. I couldn't pick just one because she is just too darn cute.

So precious

If you're happy and you know it, clap your hands

She thinks she's so funny!
